Calm Soothing Relief
German Chamomile vs. Roman Chamomile: What’s the difference?
German Chamomile essential oil has an ancient history of use as a medicinal herb and tea, and is noted as far back as 78 AD in the Dioscoride De Materia Medica Europe, possibly the first recorded medical reference book for herbs.
The oil is steam distilled from the crushed flowers and buds of the plant that grows wild and looks like a tiny daisy, and the oil itself is a deep blue color that reflects its soothing nature. Its reputation as a calming and clarifying herb makes it useful for many therapeutic treatments physically and emotionally.
